We have enjoyed KV with much larger groups so this was our first visit with a small group, only 3 of us so we didn't order a plethora of items. We went on a weekday for lunch and the large seating area was perhaps 25% occupied. As the building is older it can feel cold inside during the winter. We had their Hong Kong Style Beef Chow Mein which was prepared very well with a nice bed of pan-fried noodles that didn't get completely drowned by the sauce. The quantity of noodles, vegetables and beef were spot on and the cost is within reason. The other food we ordered were from the dim sum menu including the rice noodle rolls with shrimp and the outstanding plump chicken feet. As with most Chinese restaurants the menu is extensive and would require many visits to attempt to try all of their offerings. Restrooms are clean if not a bit dim. Though it is a bit out of the way KV definitely deserves a drive out to Pinole to give them a try.
