Description: It's all about big flavors at Roy's at Pebble Beach. The Hawaiian-fusion theme places fresh seafood front and center. Sushi, sashimi and blackened rare ahi tuna are prepared to perfection. Lobster Bisque, Tosaka-Wasabi Swordfish and Mango-Jalapeno Encrusted Ono are to die for. But meat lovers never take a back seat at Roy's. Ginger-Scallion Crusted New York Steak and Roy's Charred Garlic Honey-Mustard Beef Short Ribs are only two of the many meaty menu choices. Combine that with a dynamic wine list and exceptional desserts and you have one impressive dining experience. Roy's trendy, casual and energetic setting at The Inn at Spanish Bay features views of the Pacific Ocean and The Links at Spanish Bay as a panoramic backdrop.

“Went for chocolate souffle and enjoyed too!”
Reviewed September 29, 2013 via mobile

Every few years we venture to Roy's so that I can get my chocolate souffle fix! Started in Hawaii many years ago. Awhile back they opened a Roy's in San Francisco but I refuse to go there - would no longer be a treat if I started enjoying it more frequently "in my own backyard". We watched the sunset, we enjoyed the scallops on top of crab appetizer, butterfish entree and the short ribs were amazing. And, best of all - the chocolate souffle. Ronald was our server and he was did a great job helping us choose both food and wine. After dinner we relaxed in the lounge for a bit to enjoy the live music and then we spent some time sitting at the firepit - they even provide blankets. Simply lovely.

“Great meal at a beautiful location”
Reviewed September 24, 2013

We have eaten at other Roy's across the country and the food is just as great at this one as at the others. However, this is now my favorite because of the very open dining area and the expansive view of the Pacific Ocean. The Sunrise at Haleakala was a great appetizer, the whole roll had a nice tempura crust which made the seaweed crunchy. The tuna, hamachi, salmon and asparagus inside were worthy of being eaten separately. The BLT was exceptional and included an abundance of dungeness crab and heirloom tomatoes. We sipped on perfectly prepared cappuccino while waiting 20 minutes for a great molten chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream which had a very tasty raspberry sorbet swirl. This was truly a great meal.

And the $9.75 toll to drive on 17 Mile Drive is taken off your bill as long as you spend at least $30. Make sure you drive the complete drive which beautifully extends the warm feelings from the meal at Roy's.

“Great Place to Go for Lunch at PB”
Reviewed September 6, 2013

Roy’s at Pebble Beach overlooks an Scottish-influenced golf course. The food though, is not from Scotland. We loved the bento box lunch combinations, and the energy from the Kitchen right there in the DR. Also delicious were the various sushi rolls.

Service was great and we will be back!

“These are ribs to die for!”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

While at Pebble Beach, we decided to have a late lunch at Roy's, and that was one of our best choices made during this vacation time! I had their Szechuan bbq baby back ribs and they simply melted in my mouth...have never tasted any better ribs...and the price was $15 for a half rack...that is extremely well priced anywhere you go, especially at pebble beach!
