Owner description: Since 1919, the exquisite beauty and unique challenges of Pebble Beach Golf Links have electrified golfers and spectators alike. Designed by Jack Neville and Douglas Grant, the course hugs California’s rugged coastline, providing wide-open vistas, cliff-side fairways and sloping greens. Over the years, Pebble Beach Golf Links has been the site of golf’s most prestigious tournaments such as the annual AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and five U.S. Open Championships, including the 2010 U.S. Open. We are excited and honored to welcome back the U.S. Open to Pebble Beach for the sixth time in 2019!

Walking Pebble is one of the great golf experiences that can be had on a public course. While great, I would rate Spyglass as better from a pure golf standpoint

Each year my adult son and I visit and play Pebble Beach just before the A T & T Golf Tournament. The course is in the very best condition of the entire year and the amount of players is less then normal. We really enjoy golf and play in Scotland and Ireland each year....Pebble is the high light of our golfing year each year, without exception! This year was no exception...If you are a golfer you must treat your self and a loved one to a round....regardless of the price...you will have the memory forever...as my son and I do....

The course is insanely beautiful, and the best views are the ones that only those who play the course get to see. The course is very hard, and so you should bring a couple sleeves of balls, as OB is very OB. If you choose to get a caddy, be sure to tip them out at the end of the round. 50.00 is about right per person, just FYI.

WOW! Even if you don't golf, this is a course to make you want to play. The views are incredible, the challenge is intense, the greens are wild. What more can you ask for in a golf course? This course is worth every penny and a must-do before you die! You will remember it forever and want to play again and again - but don't because of the cost. Bring your pals and make it a vacation - it "will" be the best one yet.

My husband and I rented a convertible to drive down the PCH over 2 days. We stopped at Pebble Beach along the way and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip - and we are not golfers! The grounds are spectacular and the view from the restaurant, overlooking the course, was amazing at sunset. I would encourage you to go there for a drink and an appetizer for a Happy Hour.

If you arrive by car, you can drive through quite a bit, seeing many of the golf holes. There is also a residential area so you can see where the locals live.

On a side note, visit Carmel Beach for a view of the Pebble Beach shoreline. You can see Pebble Beach from the beach!
