Got the Travelodge off a 2-star hotwire purchase. I was a bit surprised that they had the Travelodge was a 2-star hotel; but waited till I got there to fully decide. Well, after staying there, I am still surprised it was a 2-star'er. It was pretty bare-bones. The front desk person said maybe 5 words to us and shoo'ed us off. The bed was fine. Heather worked. Shower was crummy - Just a small square stall with a plastic fixture on the end of a pipe. TV did have abouy 60 channels (HBO); but I wasn't staying there to watch tv. So yea, we were looking for a nice budget place but something a little better than this motel. I'd say, at a 1-star price, it's good. At a 2-star price, you can find better places in Paso.

Comfortable. Intend staying there again in July. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Forget the horror stories. I was dreading my stay after reading the other reviews but, was pleasantly surprised. Clean sheets and all linen every day. Shower worked well and we enjoyed our stay.

We had to stay one night. It was horrible. The room was way overpriced, outdated and dingy. Should you decide to stay here, remember to bring flip flops for the shower and extra sheets or towels to lay upon the sheets given. And drink lots of wine before having to sleep here!!

I was forced to stay here---everything else was booked. Awful experience. The office reeked of curry and when the manager came out, he was unshaven and dressed in pajama bottoms---it was five in the afternoon! The room was overpriced---old and not really kept up. In the morning, the so-called continental breakfast included only a handful of pre-packaged cellophane pastries---of which one had mold on it!!!!!

Althought our room was large, it was dirty, dated and outrageously overpriced. We could see daylight between the door and the doorjamb, and the security bolt was broken. The pillows were lumpy. The sheets were torn. The view out front window was the parking lot; out the back window was a fenced dirt lot with an overflowing dumpster and discarded water heaters. The "hidden pool" (according to their sign out front) was truly hidden - behind a chainlink fence out back next to the dirt lot. It was dirty as well. The nightime noise choices were either listening to the icemaker and vending machines run in the hall or turning on the air conditioner and listening to it rattle all night. This place was absolutely awful.
