We had a wonderful time tasting fabulous wines at Wild Coyote, love those reds.. but the Bed and Breakfast stay was more amazing. The staff (owner & wife) made our stay there a great experience and gave us great tips on other winerys in the area.I must say the breakfast every morning was fabulous, something to die for.

Hey Everyone,
We are local to Paso Robles and enjoy the wine in the area all the time. What we don't enjoy is all the hotels or B&Bs in the immediate area. We live here and don't tend to stay the night in the local market. However, on a special evening we got the chance to stay out and enjoy a night away from our normal lives. In our case, we thought about staying farther away from town and ended up staying really close.

Well, Thank god we did. Wild Coyote is a hidden gem. We had our own hidden chalet with a private gate and wine tasting to boot. Sean was great in the tasting room and turns out, does a few other tasks around the grounds of this quaint wonderful B&B. They try really hard here to make sure you have the kind of stay that you are looking for.

A few things to appreciate:
The wine is great, that is step one.....
The decor is hard to match. They pay attention to detail here and that is just, who they are.
They have a Tee Pee that is just plain cool
The music is very soothing whether in your room or out and about.
Private patio or sitting area where the night is to be enjoyed. We left our doors open and lit the fire. Perfect.
The Bed....oh the bed.... yet again.....attention to detail. Excellent.
Finally the Breakfast. We got Eggs Benedict...my personal favorite. Nice Coffee, Orange Juice and simply a great meal, in your room.
Add a nice shower and good company and you can't lose.

Put this on your list and go there. You will enjoy it.

My husband knows how much I love Santa Fe and Taos, so for our 1 year anniversary he surprised me with a trip to Wild Coyote B&B in Paso Robles. It was beautiful and relaxing. It is also a winery exclusively to great tasting reds. The adobe looking rooms and atmosphere was serene and relaxing. The breakfast was brought to your room every morning. We were expecting a continental breakfast and we were served Eggs Benedict, Hash Browns, fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice. The next morning was homemade cinnamon french toast, hard boiled eggs, sausage, yogurt, and raspberries and strawberries. I can't say enough about Wild Coyote, if you are tired of the same old boring hotel rooms you owe it to yourself to book a room.

One of the best experiences I've had in a LONG, LONG time. Came on September 15th through the 17th for my wedding anniversary. Beautiful views, comfortable beds and great food make this place one of a kind. The owner met us when we checked in and Sean, one of their staff members was an absolute riot! The breakfasts were to die for. Pray that you get the french toast, the best I've ever had. I was sad that our stay was only for two nights, but I'm hoping that we can make it back for our next anniversary!

This was my first time staying at Wild Coyote. My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The property design of Native American architecture is amazing! Our casita was beautiful with a view of the hills. We relaxed on the casita balcony with a bottle of Wild Coyote Merlot that was included in the room rate. We also enjoyed tasting the wonderful Wild Coyote Wines in the tasting room (free admission). We bought a few bottles of wine, but we will be signing up for the membership! We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast made by Gianni's wife Kati. Kati delivered the breakfast to our casita! We enjoyed the morning on the balcony listening to the birds and watching the humming birds. We WILL be back!! :)

Stayed there 2 nights-casitas are delightful! And the breakfasts...like eating in a gourmet restaurant except the food is delivered to your room! Of course, we love their wine! Will definitely return.

We have stayed with them 3 times now and every trip is memorable. Fantastic breakfast, beautiful vineyards, tranquility and superb hospitality. Throw in the reds that are to die for and it's a great package!
