Excellent food with worm welcome hospitality. I am recommending this place to everyone who love sea food with South of France flavor.

We hired Paso Terra to cater our wedding and received nothing but compliments on the food. Andre makes a mean paella and Cristina handles all of the organization and service. They were very easy to work with and were flexible in accommodating our requests. Cristina even paired wine for us and took care of the wine order.

We selected Paso Terra for our one night in Paso based on on-line reviews. The restaurant is small and unpretentious. We had the pear salad, gazpacho, salmon and scallops (in a butter lemon sauce) and a pavlova. All excellent. The wine list offered good variety in selections and price. The service was spotty perhaps due to a group of 12 or so dominating the dining room. As a result the noise level was uncomfortably load. Try getting one of the three or four outside tables.

Thank you for for your nice review. Yes I do remember you both. As you saw, our space inside the restaurant is small so when we have a big party, it can be noisy..that big party were actually very careful not to be too noisy. It is not often we have such a big party. We do hope you come dine with us again on your next trip tp the Central Coast!

We had just gotten into town and needed a place to grab a bite while we waited for our rental house to be ready so we saw this place on yelp so we decided to stop. I’m glad we did. We sat close to the patio and loved it, it felt so open and fresh. We did some flatbread, paella, scallops and wine. The service was great, everyone seemed to be happy to be working. We ended up there again for two reasons we enjoyed the service earlier and then they were open late.

We had dinner here and it was delicious. I had the potato crusted sea bass and my husband had the monkfish. Both were cooked to perfection. All the food is very fresh. The wine list is selected to go well with the items on the menu and it did. We had the Effort Pinot which was superb. The owners are very friendly and fun to talk to. We look forward to returning again.
