We live in Paso and decided to try this new restaurant. What a wonderful surprise. It was a beautiful October evening and we were able to sit outside. We were greated with a warm hello, a glass of champagne and on appitizer.
We had Oyster Saffron Chowder to start and we could have eaten the whole pot. It was devine. We also had a Market green salad with a delicious cranberry vinaigrette dressing. yumm.
For dinner we had Seafood Pasta with Shrimp, Scallops, Fish Mussels in Basil Sauce. The home made pasta was light and done to perfection. The sauce and fish were among the best we have ever had.
We must say that we really enjoyed our dinner out. The owners Chef Andre and his wife Christine visited our table and made sure we were happy. The waitress was extremly attentive and we never wanted for anything. We are looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to try another great dinner.

We decided to this new restaurant with some friends. While the ownership and staff were very pleasant and efficient, the food was quite disappointing. The tuna tartare amuse bouche was quite good, but the lobster cake with aoli appetizer was very oversalted. Salads were ok, but the filet mignon entree was extremely overcooked (it was ordered medium-rare-plus and it was cooked well done!) and was a very thin cut. The chicken with wild mushroom sauce (they were ordinary supermarket brown mushrooms!) was nothing remarkable. The halibut was just ok. The other entree was similarly not notable. Desserts were unremarkable. Overall, this was a very disappointing dining experience.
