When in town on business, Roberts is a MUST! Exec Chef Ryan creates a masterpiece of flavors from Beef Stroganoff (better than mom) to Mahi Mahi with fruit salsa.

Start with the Wedge Salad with Chipotle dressing and blue Cheese. Please refrain from licking your plate!

Thank you Trevor for the wonderful service that keeps us coming back!!

A very pleasant experience. The food is excellent, but the service is even better. Very friendly and warm - all of the staff seems to want you to have a great experience. The waiter was very "wine savvy" and helped with the local vintages. The chef is also a superb pastry chef, and the deserts are as good as the entrees. An absolutely wonderful place for eating and drinking in Paso Robles. Compares favorably to the best restaurants in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Highly recommended.

We called too late to get an early reservation. The place isn't that big so when we called about 4:00 pm on Saturday for that night, we weren't surprised when they said the next available was 7:45 pm. With no reservation and a party of five, we drove into town to see what we could find. One in our party suggested they just walk over to Robert's and see if things had changed. To my shock (and delight) they were willing to seat us on the patio if we were willing to sit there on this cool spring day.

Our server, Jenny, was the star. She confidently pointed us in the right direction on all her suggestions. She substituted where it was asked, more than compensated for veggies and potatoes on a split entree. Five of us, with drinks, two desserts and a couple bottles of wine got out of there for just under $200.00.

The food was sensational. The service was impeccable. Their willingness to seat us admirable. If we had been able to sit inside it might have been even better, but it would be hard to imagine it could have been more wonderful than what we had.

This was actually my 3rd time at this restaurant and once again, I wasn't disappointed. This time, we were a party of 6 and from the moment we stepped inside, our entire time there was 5 stars. I had the poached pear salad which was delicious and the chicken (also wonderful). My g/f had the mahi-mahi with the coconut rice which was fantastic. The rest of our group loved their entree's and our server along with the wait staff were all very attentive. If your looking for a great dining experience, this is the place to go for dinner.

My wife and I took a day trip to PR for wine tasting. We ended the day at Robert's on a recommendation from one of the wineries. Food was fantastic. The mushroom lasagna was amazing as was the Mahi Mahi. Highly recommend Robert's for a fine dining experience. We will definitely return on our next trip to PR.
