“Lives up to the hype”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

Strawberry and kumquat on goat cheese bruschetta? The combinations seem the result of a bored menu-writer but they work and work well. The locals all seem to know and love this place--with that much hype a place usually disappoints, but not here. As the names states, they focus on fresh local organic ingredients. You would be missing something special not to have a meal here.

“Extremely Fresh and Tasty”
Reviewed May 7, 2013 via mobile

This place has an organic garden selection of greens which made a fantastic salad and side for the T-Bone steak. The rich flavor of the beets in my salad is enough to bring me back again.

“Perfect spot for lunch.”

We split the smoked salmon sandwich and salad. Yummy ingredients and just the right amount for lunch. Enjoy!

Yum! (Nothing more needs to be said.:-)) We go very time we're in Paso, it's that good. There's not a lot you could do to improve the dining experience.

“Avant-garde dishes, usually-great service”
Reviewed April 19, 2013

The focus here is on imaginative dished prepared from fresh, organic and non-gmo-treated meats. You could easily get an excellent totally vegetarian meal, if that's your desire. (We're omnivores, so we each enjoyed a fish and meat dish.) Each dish showed a lot of imagination and careful preparation. A lot of locally-grown produce.
