We had a wonderful stay with Dave and Karina. The room, the view, the food and especially the hosts themselves were all fantastic. Thanks!

We returned for our second visit, this time with some friends, who also raved about their experience. The hospitality, quality, service and style -- Dave and Karina created another memorable stay for us all -- they are fabulous people, so generous and great cooks to boot. Can't wait to go back -- thank you Dave and Karina!

All of our expectations were exceeded. The place is immaculate. Dave and Karina are lovely people. They make great conversation, food, and excellant hosts. What more could we ask for. The three course breakfasts we had were awesome (we consider ourselves foodies). The house and grounds are tastefully appointed and up-to-date; luxurious. The bathroom in "room-with-a-view" is awsome. The views are 360 degrees and gorgeous. The B&B is located JUST outside of town, so you can we the stars but it isn't a long drive from a dinner in town. The value is tremendous. We can't wait to go back for a visit!

My husband and I had our small, intimate wedding ceremony at Seven Quails and, simply put, we wouldn't change a single thing! Dave & Karina took care of us every step of the way, from offering tips on where to find local sparkling wine & flowers, preparing delicious breakfasts & brunches, and providing a spectacular backdrop overlooking their vineyard for the ceremony. The wine barrel tasting on the first night is also good fun - great conversations with Dave & Karina & we learned so much about wine. Being dog lovers, we still miss O & K - the resident black labs - to this day. (What is also amazing is how affordable this experience is - such an amazing value!) We have absolutely lovely memories from this B&B on our wedding day & honeymoon. You'll love Paso Robles & and you'll love it even more being pampered at Seven Quails!

Lucky we were to stumble onto this hidden away jewel, we never imagined such luxury or pampering. From the quaint and delightful drive, the first to meet and greet were the friendly happy O and K two ebullient sweet outdoor Labrador doggies. Immediately we felt at home, and next we saw our castle like setting and all the amenities more perfect then the usual five star hotels where we stay in Europe. But the best was yet to come. The delightful sweet Bruckers made us feel just like members of their family, yet they gave us all the privacy and considerate care we could ever ask. The next morning, the lovely suite, we drew the curtains and besides breathtaking view, we did indeed see 7 little quails. How do they manage that??? What a joy, a complete treasure. Don't miss this golden palace. Most Sincerely Yours. John Coppola and Lisa Pollard of San Francisco.

We were just looking for a convenient base for doing some bicycling. This delivered so much more. The wine, the food, and the setting were fabulous. The hosts, Dave and Karina, treated us like family, letting us hang out in the kitchen chatting and watching them prepare breakfast. They accomodated our bicycles (great wine country roads for bicycling directly from the B&B) and served hot tea when we returned from a very damp ride. The wine tasting was fun and educational. The restaurant and winery recommendations were spot on. Even Dave's weather predictions were very accurate. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The service and presentation at breakfast was impeccible. We hated to leave after 4 nights. We teased Dave that we would give a poor review, so that they wouldn't raise prices until after we returned for our next visit. This venture is truly a labor of love for these hosts, and it shows.

We stayed one night at Seven Quails this past August. After we got back home, we couldn't stop talking to our friends about it. Our only regret was that we had such a short stay. We were treated like part of the family by Dave and Karina. If we had known how nice the Paso Robles area was, we would have stayed longer. We decided to return for a 3 day stay this February. The hospitality was even better. We got to taste some of Dave's wines (Better than most we tasted in the wineries!) and devour their wonderful breakfasts again. These folks truly enjoy having guests and pull out all the stops to make you feel at home.
Great spot, great rooms, super great hosts.
