We enjoy going to this winery for a number of reasons, First is Roger who always makes you feel welcome! Next, this is a great tasting experience for those who are just getting to understand what wine tasting/winery tours are about. A low tasting fee (always waived if you buy multiple bottles), good selections to try and something appreciated-the wood-fired thin crust pizzas that come with a full glass of wine. Try the sausages too! Wonderful comfortable outside seating in over-stuffed chairs, a non-hurried atmosphere! The wines here are not the "save for 5 years" variety; they are meant to be poured now. (Perhaps the "rhapsody" blend may be the exception...it never ages long enough around our house!). Go enjoy, and know you will find the same quality at your local market as well....so joining the wine club is only for those wishing to save on volume purchases.... Salute each glass with "Opolo!"
