I've been on wine tours with Grapeline many times in Temecula and once in Santa Barbara, and I've never been disappointed. But Paso Robles is by far the best. Temecula is just crazy crowded, and Santa Barbara can get pretty hectic too. Paso Robles is a quiet getaway with small, hard to find wineries. They tend to have a much more personal feeling, like visiting an old friend. The wine was without exception superb. Lunch was set up on a very inviting looking table overlooking vineyards and was delicious, especially the deserts. Fritz, our capable guide for the day, took care of us like we were long-lost family and he had plenty of good advice about what to do while in Paso and where to dine. I would say that their Santa Barbara wine tours are a five, and their Temecula wine tours are a four and a half, but I would give Grapeline wine tours in Paso Robles five and a half stars if I could.
