Just loved this little gem of a restaurant. The 40's theme added to the charm of the restaurant, punctuated by deco delights, jazz tunes wafting through the air, and a number of black and white photos on the walls.
I had a delightful egg salad sandwich, about $7.95 that came with a side salad that was more than ample in size. My friend seemed equally pleased with her tuna sandwich.
My only complaint is that there isn't enough affordable parking nearby. Some of the streets have free 2-hour slots, and the streets adjacent to the restaurant offer only 1 hour parking. I had to park nearby in a lot and it was $6.75, almost as much as my lunch!
But, I'll go back, and maybe go earlier to grab a good spot. Loved this place.
