We chose the restaurant because we liked the menu and the upscale look of the dining room. After being seated we saw a number of families with children around us and we saw the bar had Monday Night Football on the screen (go Pats!). We weren't expecting a sports bar atmosphere and a family friendly restaurant in the same space, but it all seemed to work out. The service was worthy of the white tablecloths so no complaints about the service. Everyone around us seemed to be enjoying themselves. We liked the pasta dishes and we chose, and the waitress was knowledgeable about serving the bottle of wine. We were too full for dessert, which was too bad because they had some beautiful looking desserts on the dessert tray. I would go back.

Thanksgiving Day was Busy!!! They had a traditional prix fixe dinner, but all at table had to order. Since one is a vegan & the other two are not wild about turkey, we had pasta that was delish, Beet salad that was yummy & tiramisu that was disappointing. Overall, a good choice.

Wine is pricey, food is average. Only good thing about this dinner was the couple that was dining next to my table - great couple and enjoyed chatting with them.

While visiting Burbank, our nephew took us to one of his favorite restaurants in Pasadena. After our fabulous meal, it is now one of my favorite dining experiences. Loved the location, the decor and atmosphere, the service, and of course, the fabulous food!

Ate at Il Fornaio tonight and I enjoyed it. The restaurant is located in a quaint, off-alley shopping area that boasts several restaurants and shops. The menu is varied and priced moderately. I ordered the Pizza Cristina, a delightful blend of prosciutto, fresh veggies, mushrooms and provolone, all for $14.99.

Service was amiable and professional, and sitting outside on this warm fall night was terrific. In all, I'd go back, and maybe order from the pre fix menu....
