IPIC is a great experience - only 50 seats in a huge theater - each seat reclines like a 1st class airline seat. They supply a blanket and pop corn. The seats are spread apart so no annoying noises. Full dinner is served at your seats and the food is great - sliders, flat breads, fish and chips, popcorn scrimp - anything you want. A bottle of wine or mixed drinks make it a great date night and service is perfect - TIP 20% as the server has only a few customers.
Yes, it is expensive - $25 per ticket and appetizers with drink can run $50. Full dinner and drinks is $100 with tip. BUT if went out after a movie for dinner, it would be about the same. Great ice cream gelato store next store for after. The Salt Bar in the lobby has TV's and belly bars and lounge chairs - deluxe experience. So go and enjoy and realize you are paying for privacy. Only negative is tickets can purchased on line and the Friday/Saturday movies sell out early so commit early. First run and big hits sell out fast also.
