Excellent! I had never tried Himalayan before, it's similar to Indian, is how it was described, which is a fair comparison. The vegetables and breads seem to be very fresh and high quality, and they are open to tailoring the spice level of the dishes to your taste. They also do a nice takeout!

“Great food... reasonable price”
Reviewed December 11, 2013 via mobile

Daughter want something different. Food is good if you want to try something new. Price is reasonable and fast service. Staff are friendly and helpful. No idea on what to eat, made good suggestions. Meat a little bit dry, but taste good.

We brought the whole family so they can try something out of the ordinary and we were not disappointed. The chicken tandoori was moist and delicious.

“Tandoori Chicken Good Last Meal of Your Life”
Reviewed July 24, 2013

If you are ever on death row and have to order you last meal the chicken tandoori from thid place would fit the bill. You can ask for it to be very spicy, which is how I like it. It come to the table sizzling. I also love the cauliflower dishes. The service is great and it is family owned and they all have great pride in the food and the service. If you park ing the public garage next door you get an hour and a half free.

“Inconspicuous looking building, very conspicuous good value”
Reviewed July 21, 2013

Among so many restaurants in Old Town Pasadena, this little gem right off Colorado on South Fair Oaks, does not stand out: it is not large, and architecturally hardly grand (though, it is by no means unattractive). What the chef constructs does stand out, as do the reasonable prices. I know in Southern California, there is no shortage of Indian-type places that have under $10.00 all you can eat buffets. I've eaten at many of them. And though, this one may not have a significantly larger selection than many, they simply do it better. And not only the buffet, but they have a very good and versatile menu. I find their menu items superior to almost all of the higher priced Indian-type restaurants I have eaten at. The Fish Tikka is one of my favorites. This restaurant actually serves Nepalese Indian and Tibetan food, and it is quite tasty. I've been walking by this place for years, without giving it a try; there are so many restaurants in this area. I wish I had walked in before. I've returned almost every weekend the last two months. They really give you a great deal more in quality and value in their inexpensive buffet, and so many fabulous dishes in their menu that it will take me a while to try everything I want to try on their menu.
