This is one of my favourite places to eat from. Sometimes I eat in if I am with friends but most times I go and order and take it home. If you like healthy organic food that tastes good this is the place to go to. I love their hot chocolate - buying any Belgium chocolate is a no brainer. Their sandwiches are great - I like the egg with avocado though I take off the avocado and eat it with the salad. You can ask for agave to sweeten your drinks if you do not want sugar. The decor indoors is rustic with real wooden chairs and tables and the ambience relaxing with the soft music they play. They have several locations in Southern California and now I am realising around the US and rest of the world. Google Le Pain Quotidien and find one close to you. They are also in Switzerland.

I was attracted by their French atmosphere on Sunday morning. We paid $80 for our family of 4 for brunch. They promoted themselves using all organic produce.
2 tartines (open sandwich) ($13 one spread thin with tuner salad, hummus, white beans on one slice of organic bread;$12 the other is chicken, cheese and leek on one slice of organic bread),$4 for a large cafe au lat (yak),$5 a homemade like brownies, $12 for a 2" X 4" quiche lorraine(ham and cheese),$13 for a 6" plate goat cheese, pear, and walnut salad, $4.5 extra for 4 slices smoke salmon$6 pistachio pie?
We asked for some substitute,I love "sunny side up", the waitress said they don't have egg to do it?! My boy doesn't like leek but instead for pepper...she said they can't do it.I asked to put smoke salmon on top of my salad, she at first said no..then she said that she would put it on side...Will the price, but lousy service, I would rather go "the little next door" at Hollywood better!!!
