First, the Good:
Excellent service, from the Busboy to the Waitress.
Water glasses kept full, and we were asked if we needed anything enough to feel cared for, but not harassed.
Chips & Salsa were fresh, and the salsa was decent, though it needed fresh cilantro in it. Our meals were average-sized portions, not skimpy. This restaurant honors discounts for Paradise Inn guests, and when we showed them our room key, there were no questions asked. They cheerfully gave us the 10% off. The shredded beef in the Combo Burrito was not fatty and had good flavor.
Now the not-so-good:
No Horchata available! The restaurant was not super clean, it could have been cleaner. Food was good, but not exceptional. On the #6 Combo, the portion size was odd with a kiddie-sized burrito. Extra salsa was 99 cents, which is just silly.
Would I eat here again? Yes, but I am on the lookout for a better Mexican food restaurant in Paradise, CA.
