Good: Location, parking right by room (Motel style property), comfortable beds
Not so good: overall rooms are outdated, carpet needs to be replaced, shower pressure weak, noisy A/C system
Overall not the worst place I stayed at, but close to the bottom of the list in terms of comfort/price.
Good coffee shop opposite Hwy82, easy access - have not tried the free breakfast in the "lobby"
Had 2 rooms both overpriced at $350 each for a Monday night! I'm sure the Gm will respond, but would love to challenge him and staff to spend some money on the property
and do a walk around every couple of weeks, how about touch paint for railings, should be done every other week! Pressure wash stairs and side walks. Buy some new entry mats, how about 2018 a/c units. Someone is banking all the profits and spending very little! The first thing you see is the office, again paint, how about a real internet station?
Not only is the lobby run down but rooms are run down. Old flat mattresses with scratchy thin sheets, old peeling wallpaper, moldy shower caulk, old dirty tubs, old pee on back wall by toilet, holes in the curtains and to top it off, there is an inch gap around the door, except where it hinges, that’s only 1/3” gap. Not one good thing about this place. This is not what they claim you get. It was very expensive for a gross broken down motel.
For me, it was a very nice hotel. I had great and helpful customer service here, the location is nice, it is quiet, and they have a very nice breakfast.
The rooms are very well equipped and very clean. I will stay here again when I am in Palo Alto with my business trip!

Cons:
a) expensive for a motel-like environment
Breakfast was typical, with waffles, eggs, sausages, yogurt, muffins, juices, etc.
If you need just a place to sleep, it would be a good choice.
