Ate here with a business group of 10 people. Service was really slow - took 20 mins to get a drink, waiter was tough to get the attention of- only came by the table every 15 mins or so. Food was just ok.
We figured there was a reason the place was barely half full on a Friday night with most other nearby restaurants very busy.

We tried Scott's early on a weeknight and were very pleased. The Early Bird menu was a good deal and had enough good choices. The restaurant was pretty empty, so our service was fast and friendly.

It wasn't okay. It was bad and it shouldn't have been...Ny rule...Server screwed up and couldn't save the chef and the Chef screwed up and couldn't save this review...It wasn't busy and soup was skimmed over from sitting under the hotlamp...Seafood had lemon seeds...a no-no and halibut was dry and tasteless...haven't been back...Even with a discount that we had...wasted $60 bucks...Jack London Square location...

The title says it all. Scott's has a very good selection of seafood and everything I have ordered has been good. The service is good but the prices are high.

We recently had dinner at Scotts Palo Alto and were very disappointed by the experience. Food quality was good but portions were small. My seafood linguine had a lovely sauce but seemed to have none of the scallops, shrimp and clams promised on the menu. For $22 there should have been at least a few recognizable chunks of seafood. My $9 Caesar salad was also miniscule. Most distressing was the awful service. Despite several attempts to flag down our server or a busser. We failed to get water glasses refilled. Freshly ground pepper was not offered with either salad or mains. My bottom line is that this would have been an acceptable meal if priced at $25 with tax and tip but at $50 per person, was vastly overpriced and a poor value.
