Enjoyed a variety of different slider burgers, which were all good. The spicey one...which they warn you about, was to spice, and I like spice. But overall very good. Also have a nice variety of brews to go with the sliders.

So I was excited to try this place after reading reviews of the Berkeley location. We stopped in after a tour of Stanford University. The menu has plenty of options for meat eaters and three vegetarian options. You have the option of a lettuce wrap instead of bread. The fries servings are large enough to share with several sauce options which are relatively small portions. The veggie patty was flavorful with potatoes, beans and more. The sliders aren't too small, two or three are plenty if you're hungry. Unfortunate some of our order was incorrect which caused some delay - all taken care of but dampened the experience for others. Our waitress was doing double duty as bartender. She had a good sense of humor as did other staff. All in all, I'd try it again as the food was good and the atmosphere was casual, clean and welcoming.

Nice staff. About $15 per person without booze. Little burgers are tasty and seem to have good ingredients. Truffle frys are not truffley for me, as the truffle is just in the mayo served along side. They have good lunch specials that will save you a little cash.

A nice casual cafe specializing in 10 sauces for a variety of fries & many burgers. My wife & I tried all 3 vegetarian options - the Heart Throb was good & is a veggie patty burger. The Magic Mushroom is a wonderfully tasting portabella mushroom burger. The Ronald Vegan is a portabella mushroom wrapped in lettuce without a bun. The sliders/burgers are small. We ordered garlic & regular fries. One fry & the 3 burgers would have been enough for us. We were disappointed that all their sauces have mayo in them, & their mayo has egg. Their ice creams also have egg. They also don't have a mocktail menu. Nevertheless, the veg burgers were good.

I've eaten everywhere in Palo Alto, and I'm not a fan of SliderBar. I really want to like it.

They have a nice beer and wine selection, and a set of sliders, which are very high priced for what you get. The only one I like is the medeterian one with lamb. Everything else is underspiced / undersalted, and it's gone in an instant. All of them have some kind of goopy sauce ("aoli") which boosts the calorie content unnecessarily.

The wine by the glass is always good here. When they first opened they were going to specialize in wine by the glass, so they have one of those fancy nitrogen things to keep the wine fresh.

At best, it's a good place for sitting outside (big doors open onto the street) and having an early evening beer and a nosh, not so good for dinner, although you'll easily find yourself with a $50/pp bill if you're not careful.
