Stayed here for two nights for business and enjoyed my stay. The hotel was conveniently located walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping and a few steps from the BART if you need it.
The rooms were nice, standard Westin chain from what I've seen. Very comfortable bed and my room had a couch and a good size desk to work at. The bathroom in my room happened to be gigantic, way bigger than I would ever need, but I'm sure some people would like that.
All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Only real complaint would be the charge for wifi in the room, which a lot of hotels have. They had free wifi in the lobby, which was at least something.
Finally, we had the breakfast buffet one morning and we all agreed it was nothing special. It wasn't terrible, but I've had better tasting breakfast buffets for sure. We were headed out to the airport, so it was convenient, but if you have more time I'd recommend walking downtown where you can probably get better options.More
