I visited this restaurant recently with a colleague for dinner. Reposado is a hang out for the 'trendy' people and was busy on a mid week evening. We were walk-ins and after a brief wait at the bar were were seated. The bar-side margaritas were good, but I've had better. I also disliked the barman's abrupt nature whereby he steadfastly refused to consider transferring our tab to our dinner table. Anyhow, nothing fatal.

At our dining table, service was prompt and efficient. The waiter was attentive to every need and genuinely seemed eager to offer the service and provide insight on the menu. We had some starters to share, which were small in portion size, but absolutely delicious. The main courses we ordered were excellent; again spot on size, excellent presentation, splendidly prepared, and delicious taste.

The food here isn't classic Mexican, rather it is modern Mexican/American with a sophisticated twist. So if you're looking for refried beans and a burrito you'll be disappointed: if you're looking for a modern, refined meal with Mexican influence, you'll love it here.

I could find little fault with the meal service at all and wouldn't hesitate to return (in fact I plan to in the next few months). Great value too.

I like this place, don't get me wrong, but more as a drinks and snack place than a full on meal. The food is ok, but not really mexican. If you want a good cocktail, this is the place to come. If you want real Mexican food, find some hole in the wall somewhere...

The cocktails are good, and it's a way to enjoy the Mexican we have in the area in an upscale setting - uniquely so. The "street tacos" are particularly good. It gets loud on weekends - more of a party - and the only tables I like are the booths on the right hand side near the bar. These are actually very good for a business lunch - when the place is quiet - or even a meeting in the mid-afternoon, because no one thinks of this place.

It's a good choice for a traveler if you don't get good mexican at home, but is a little too loud for business. The upstairs loft area can be good for larger groups in a party mood.

Excellent food, attentive service, VERY busy, especially during Happy Hour, and VERY loud. This seems like a 'go for a drink after work' type place (of course that's exactly when we were there), but the food is wonderful. We had 4 or 5 small plates and all were delicious. Lots of margaritas - but weak ones. They also need a hearty dark beer. Negra Modelo just doesn't do it. I will return.

We had dinner at the bar twice this week. Vegetarian offering was creative, diverse and delicious. Francisco, our bartender was exceptional - thoughtful, attentive and truly knowledgeable about tequila (top 10%er for that and breadth of Tequila selection). Immediately draws people together at the bar for a very warm, welcoming and delicious experience. Classy place where dressing up is not required, but rewarded.
