We stayed here for 1 night recently. We requested a baby crib with our reservation. The check in staff were rude and unhelpful. We were told there may not be any cribs left even though we booked the room 2 months ago. They managed to find an old one for us. The vending machines were either empty or broken. The pool was supposed to be heated but it was cold and the spa was boiling hot so we couldnt use iether. The carpet was dirty and overall the place looked worn out. There was no hotel directory in the room so we didnt know what was available. The man at check out wa just as rude as the lady at check in. The only good thing is the price. I would not stay here again.

We just stayed here for two nights and found it really good value at £45 a night. It's about one mile from the centre of palm springs so you really need a car if you intend to spend time in the restaurants, bars etc of palm springs.
It was clean and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly and the pool area was lovely. Room was a good size with a fridge and microwave. They give a coffee and pastry for breakfast if you want it in a restaurant next to the hotel.
Would definately recommend for a good value hotel.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights, but only stayed 1. I was there on a chilly evening, and the room heater would not work, leaving the temperature very cold and uncomfortable. The bed was hard as a rock. The room was not great, but okay, but the bathroom definitely needed work. The toilet was a bus-station model, with the exposed chrome workings and long handle, and it sounded like a hurricane when it flushed. The toilet was also in the way of the bathroom door, so it wouldn't open all the way. The shower tiles were crumbling and there was no actual showerhead, so water sprayed all over when it was turned on. When I tried to voice my displeasure to the office staff, they weren't interested. I will not be going back.

Not good. Booked the family room, which had one bedroom. The door to the room was all banged up and painted over, the dresser looked like termites had been eating away at it, and the sliding door (we were on the first floor) was very rickety and not very secure at all. So, we went to the front desk and got a refund; their rate was $136 per night. Then we drove down the road to the Hyatt, which charged $169 per night. Where would you rather stay?

Wee stayed the weekend and it was nice, This hotel was a good deal. The pool was clean and the view was wonderful for the price. Location was not in town but close enough to walk if you like. This hotel was average in room. A little old but still nice. We went the weekend of October 5th and there was a harley rally so there was a variety of people to watch. Overall this was a good deal but I payed more with orbitz so book it with travelocity.

This was a family first for us and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was cool except for the fact the cleaning lady did not understand English, but it was all good. I did not have anything stolen. Our rental car was not vandalized. The pool was nice. Our children enjoyed their stay. I enjoyed myself and so did my family. I would definetly stay there again. The price was reasonable also. It was not noisy at all and the other vacationers were very nice. I would definetly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to get away from it all on a budget.

My girlfriend and I had a good time. The place was great for the price we paid. We paid under $80 a night during the holiday weekend. The place was clean and had a great pool. The place is not all that modern looking, but for the price I paid, I wasn't complaining. The pool was great. It's a nice big pool and a hot jacuzzi. We spent most of the day in the pool drinking beers and went to the casino at night. The casino is about 2 miles away, or a $10 (tip included) taxi ride away. It's a bit too far to walk, especially in the heat. The hotel also offers a continental breakfast at the restaurant next door. The continental breakfast is just coffee and a pastry, but you can order a full breakfast off the menu. The waffles are great, and so is everything else. We ate there twice and it was delicious both times.

Recommendation:Buffett at the Spa Casino on Saturday night is great..all you can eat king crab legs for about $24.

Pros:
Good location
clean rooms
great pool
great breakfast
nice setting (palm trees all over the place)
free wireless internet access
balcony in hotel rooms
showers had good water pressure

Cons:
Broken Ice Machine (very annoying)
In slight need of remodel (But then it probably would cost more to stay there)
Staff not too friendly, but not rude or anything
Noisy air conditioner
