Stayed for one night. Rooms standard leave much to be desired. They are clean but desperately need renovation. Old type extremely noisy air conditioning unit.
On the bright side: they have nice pool and are close to Palm Springs Tram.

This motel shows up on hotel coupons .com a lot so be sure to check them for nice discount.

Room Tip: Check the rooms before deciding to stay. Make sure the air conditioning unit it not too noisy for your taste.

For a budget priced hotel, it was great. Our large room had a view of the pool and it looked just like the picture. The room and entire facility was spotless, and for an older property that can be difficult. Only two bad points: small bathroom and lousy contential breakfast..

This hotel is very affordable, comfortable and they have an amazing pool! Also the girl in the front desk in the mornings is absolutely helpful, kind and very professional. She knew all the answers to my questions, knew about great places to go to, smiles the whole time defnitely made the expirience in the hotel even better. Palm springs is absolutelty beautiful and this place is located downtown palm springs, honestly theres nothing to complain about. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Stayed overnight at this hotel. It's a lovely location, with a peaceful courtyard, and walking distance to many restaurants. There is a restaurant next door where you have breakfast using a voucher from the hotel. Each room has sliding doors that lead out to a spacious balcony. We were on the bottom floor which was perfect. We parked in front of the sliding doors, which was convenient for bringing in the luggage. The beds were comfortable and the room itself well decorated. They have a microwave and refrigerator. The cons were: no coffee in the hotel anywhere. No coffee machine in the room. The restaurant next door closes after lunch, so if you want evening coffee you can't even get any to go. No hair dryer. Also no mirror in the room outside the small bathroom; not convenient for more than one person to get ready. For sleeping...great, but go to Starbucks on the way if you want coffee.

Room Tip: Get bottom floor for easy access with luggage

I was nervous before getting to the hotel because a lot of people complained about this particular hotel. I heard people gripe about the bed being too hard, the staff being unfriendly, the water pressure being low, breakfast being a joke, and the bathroom being too small, etc. I didn't experience any of those problems. This is a relatively cheap hotel, so obviously don't expect 5 star rooms, but for me (a college student on a budget), this was great for the price I paid.

The bed wasn't super soft but I slept comfortably throughout the night, the bathroom wasn't huge but it wasn't tiny either and it was perfectly functional, the water pressure was just fine, the rooms were clean, housekeeping was prompt and thorough, staff wasn't the friendliest I've ever had, but they were helpful and accomodating...and the grounds are gorgeous. The pool area in particular was clean and much much nicer than I was expecting from a Days Inn. There was even a shallow kiddie pool. As far as breakfast goes, the hotel gives you a voucher for the diner on site...either coffee, orange juice, and a pastry/toast OR $1 off the diner's breakfast menu. We utilized both options and were very happy with it. The breakfast was great and since we knew ahead of time that we wouldn't be getting a full breakfast for free, we really didn't mind paying. So just know that going in. We went down to Palm Springs for a Music Festival, but we spent the last two days of our trip lying around the pool and the hotel and we had no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Unless you're the kind of person who needs to stay in a 5 star hotel, I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
