I really like this place - the grounds are very nice, the staff is friendly, and the location can’t be beat. It’s definitely worth it to get a room with a tub if you can. The management is great - Sal is an excellent GM and you can tell really cares about guests. Everything is done top notch with attention to detail, from the immaculate flowers to breakfast. First time staying at a Best western. Traveling solo so wanted to save money. The grounds are very pretty and staff super friendly and accommodating. Most important the room was super clean and sheets, towels, etc were crisp and clean. Bed was very comfortable as well as pillows. Breakfast buffet was good, not a huge selection but more than enough choices. Great location- you can walk to town.
CONS:Rooms are dark with not much natural light. Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor sneeze, literally. Don’t book a room on 1st floor-especially near pool- where they put me. The towel & garbage carts roll by early and wake you and are LOUD. Kids are screaming all day by pool. Teens stay outside late hanging out.
Great place to stay if you are here for 2-3 nights or less. Book a room on 3rd Floor. It’s much quieter.
I would have given this place 4 stars except for the noise.

Very clean and safe. The lounge has plenty variety of draft beer and drinks. Breakfast was free and had a good variety of items to choose from. Easy check in and check-out... I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay and convenient for everything I wanted to do in Palm Springs. Fair to good amenities; some changes in the breakfast menu could be helpful; I did not use that everyday because of the lack of variety although it was very convenient the few days I ate there.

The appearance of the hotel is fantastic. The flowers and outside landscaping and swimming pool are fantastic. The room was well appointed, clean, with good eye appeal. The bed was comfortable.
The main function of a hotel--a good night's sleep-- was a failure. My room is one a hotel manager would give to a customer he hopes never returns. It is located near the entrance of the hotel, near the entrance of the swimming pool, on a primary corridor route that has stone rather than carpeting.
While listening to the sounds of the night, I heard the rolling luggage carts frequently passing my room, operated by loud talking inconsiderate customers. I heard horns honking on the street, cars racing their engines, music from nearby night clubs, music and loud talking from the swimming pool area, ice being shoveled out of the ice machine, footsteps....
Note: I am not a light sleeper.
The location of the hotel is within walking distance of numerous bars and nightclubs. Quite a few restaurants are within two blocks of the hotel.
If one is in a party mood, one can have a great time at this location. I departed the hotel after the first night as I did not want a second night without sleep. I stayed on a Sunday night and cannot imagine what Friday and Saturday are like.

We have stayed here 3 times before. Usually a great relaxing holiday. The changes they have made are not for the better. Took all carpets out of the rooms. Now the rooms are like echo chambers. When the people next door were talking on their phone it sounded like they were in our room. Also a lot of space under door which lets in noise and and light. You are not allowed to bring anything to pool area. So no water bottles. Barman at pool is more like a drink watchman then a server. He has no problem telling you what you can't bring to pool.
