This is a terrific hotel right in downtown Palm Springs. If you want to be in the middle of it all, this is the place for you! Restaurants, shops and bars are within a very short walk.
My room was spacious, with several chairs and a workstation. I appreciate bare floors (rather than carpet) in a hotel, and the flooring here is perfect. More

Good location and outside spaces at hotel. Noisy but bearable. You could hear people next door above people walking and outside noise. It is a pleasure to enjoy the outside areas of this hotel and location could not be better.

The outdoor decor was lovely and the rooms were basic. The breakfast was good. The pool was warm and the hot tub was great. The front desk staff was okay, but not outstanding. We had a room with a connecting door and could hear everything the guest in there said on her phone, which was a lot, including a call at 6am. But the location could not have been better - close to lots of restaurants and the downtown. We visited Joshua Tree twice which was about an hour away.

Stayed three nights here and enjoyed it very much. It's an easy walk from the hotel to downtown and all the shops and eateries. Room was nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and hot tub! Would definitely stay here again!

You can't go wrong with this property. Centrally located and within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly. Good breakfast daily.
