My partner and I only had limited free time in Palm Springs and decided to book this tour in order explore the area around us. We booked the evening sunset tour to Joshua Tree. Yes, it is a little on the pricey side, but for what you get, it is totally worth it! Jerry picked us up from our hotel and was on-time. We visited 1000 Palms Oasis then traveled awhile to Joshua Tree National Park on an off road path. It was a great way to see the desert and all that it has to offer. When we got up to Joshua Tree, Jerry poured complimentary margaritas for everyone, which hit the spot! Free water and snacks are carried on the hummer, and they provide cold hankies to keep you cool. I highly recommend this to everyone!

We were given a tour by Louis and he was great! He was very informed about the history of not just Joshua Tree National Park, but the Palm Springs area in general. He took us to a lot of really cool sites of Joshua Tree and he was very engaging. I recommend him for anyone who is thinking about taking one of their tours!

We were three adults and one 9 year old. We ALL had a blast. Rob was informative and answered all of our questions without hesitation. We visited 1000 Palms Oasis then traveled a very bumpy ride up to Joshua Tree National Park. We stopped often as Rob pointed out flora and fauna. Rob was GREAT dealing with an inquisitive, chatty boy...he was patient and gentle. Thanks to his wife, we had awesome snacks!

I went on a tour last Tuesday to visit the oasis and Joshua Tree National Park. It was a very hot day but the guide, Louis, provided us with plenty of ways to cool off. It was a sold out tour and the guide still managed to provide individual attention to each guest. Our hummer first arrived at the oasis and we learned very interesting information about the area's history as well as wildlife. On our walk through the oasis we saw a bobcat and spiny lizards which I loved learning about. We then made our way into the national park where we spotted bighorn sheep, which I have never seen in the wild, as well as quails and antelope ground squirrels. Louis informed the group about the history of the National Park, the Hummer we drove in, the plant life, geography, and animal life in the area. I enjoyed offroading on our way back, and we even saw a turkey vulture going flying overhead! I am a biology enthusiast, so I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this tour and would recommend it to anyone!
