“OK, nothing special”
Reviewed November 15, 2012

Maybe I was expecting more after reading the reviews, however we found this to be just average. The place is very cute, the service was slow, and the food was okay but not wow. We did buy a slice of brownie cheesecake to take back to the hotel, and both of us found it to be rather dry and not decadent.

“Great deli in the desert”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

We generally go here for breakfast, but they also serve lunch and dinner. Lots of good, hearty, deli food at great prices.

“Three times in Three days!”
Reviewed November 6, 2012

We just loved this place! We went there for dinner on our first night......great food and large portions at an affordable price. Couldn't resist the beautiful desserts so four of us shared one. All the pastries are made inhouse and are large enough to share. Next day just had to go there for lunch. Best lox, bagels and cream cheese I've had in ages. We bought two desserts to take "home" for afternoon tea. Third day we stopped after the street fair for late supper. Even though they close at nine, they allowed us to come in at 8:58PM. We all enjoyed homemade soup and huge deli sandwiches. Any time of day this is a GREAT place to go. The food is superb, the service is friendly and efficient and the prices are kind to your budget. Can't wait to go back to Palm Springs just to eat at Manhatten in the Desert!

“Good Food Fabulous Baked Goods”
Reviewed October 24, 2012

The staff could not have been any nicer. As our group grew they set up another table for us. They were so nice and accommodating about it. The food is good. I only had breakfast. They have a huge menu. The bakery was wonderful................you wanted to eat it all. I know they are known for their fresh baked goods.
