We pass this restaurant every time we head to Palm Springs and finally decided to check it out. For starters we had no idea it was as big as it was. The menu was equally as big and very reasonably priced. If you are looking for American fare, not fusion or gourmet then this is a good stop. They offer a nice traditional menu of steaks, prime rib and other non-meat main dishes and appetizers. The bar was doing a booming business. Our biggest surprise was when one of the floor managers brought around the evenings dessert special, a peach cake at least 12 inches tall with fresh glazed peaches on top (think Claim Jumpers Mother Lode chocolate cake). It looked amazing (all desserts are fresh made on site according to our server) but we were stuffed from our prime rib and couldn't take another bite. If I wasn't I would have gotten a slice in a heartbeat! We will definitely visit next time we are in town.
