Had lunch there with two friends. The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. You cannot go wrong eating at Tyler’s.

“"Outstanding," from a local regular customer.”
Reviewed September 8, 2012

I am a full-time resident of Palm Springs. And, I have to say - this is one of the best restaurants for lunch in Southern California. Everything is fresh, fresh, fresh - including the buns for the sandwiches/burgers - baked right down the street. And, the potato salad is the BEST anywhere. I grew up in the Midwest and tasted a ton of potato salad at picnics, diners, etc. The first time that I tried Tyler's homemade potato salad, it blew me away - so much better than anything else I have tasted. And, their cole slaw is equally as good. You won't go wrong here . . . if it's cool enough, eat outside and enjoy the ambiance of being in the middle of one of Palm Springs' oldest blocks. The Spanish-style architecture on either side of the outdoor patio is beautiful - especially when the flowers are blooming. Finally, I highly recommend ordering the sandwiches and burgers "as is," with no modifications (unless you have an allergy to something or really hate an ingredient (like raw onions)). The Tyler's folks have done an outstanding job of figuring out which ingredients need to be included to make truly outstanding sandwiches and burgers. Enjoy!

What a lunch experience. Great Food, Friendly service, Cooked to order. We had the Cheese Burgers, added the Homeade Cole Slaw and Homade Potato Salad as well. Delicious. Plenty of seating, both indide and outside. A family affair.

“A Bite”
Reviewed September 3, 2012

The sliders, the sides, the tea, the sandwiches, the staff, the consistency, the magazines, the mix of people.

When something is this good consistently, you have to go and go often.
