We went to WK&B on Valentine's evening which is not necessarily representative of the restaurant's food and service on other nights. There was a set menu with a few alternatives and 4 seatings at 2-hour intervals. The waitstaff was obviously very rushed, dropping bread and even our courses and wine pairings off without comment (the wine arriving often before the food). That said, the atmosphere is great--love the design features and the layout. My husband got us the Valentine's Day upgrade to a booth from the communal table (pricey) but the booth was really great. The food was very nicely presented, creative and very good. Only exception was the vegetarian entree option of a farro risotto. I love farro, but this was a flavorless (or perhaps way too subtle) bowl of porridge with a couple grilled spring onions on top. I had a few bites and decided it wasn't worth it. The wine pairings were exceptionally good. We plan to return again and are sure the shortcomings we experienced will not occur on a regular visit.
