Tranquil surroundings, modern artistic decor in white painted rooms, great views of the surrounding mountains, nice pool area, good location only a 10 minute stroll downtown Palm Springs. Good value as well, we'll certainly go back if we're ever in that area again.

I like that it's a smaller boutique hotel so it tends to make for a more relaxing stay than some of the larger hotels in town. The rooms are done in all white with interesting color accents for a very clean, modern look. The pool area has a great view of the mountains and is a perfect spot to while away some time in the sun or relax in the evening. My favorite thing about staying there, though, is proximity to its two restaurants, Cheeky's (for breakfast) and Birba (cocktails and dinner).

I recently had a three night stay here, 4/20 - 4/23/14. The property is lovely and well maintained. I had a poolside king room, which was very quiet considering its proximity to the pool. The pool and spa were well maintained and have a beautiful view of the mountains. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I could easily walk to most destinations. I enjoyed Cheeky's for breakfast (but get there early to sign in!) and Birba. I was not as happy with my lunch at Jiao - my green curry noodles were all stuck together, the tofu was cold and the curry looked more beige than green. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Poolside room was fine: flowering trees and shrubs around the pool and gardens made for serene and fragrant spring stay. Very clean throughout this small hotel. Staff were consistently friendly and very helpful including with information about area and hiking trails. Complimentary coffee and pastries at breakfast time- taken in the quiet patio area-proved an ok start to the day. Location just off Palm Canyon Drive, Design Quarter, is handy for some very nice restaurants. On-site restaurants closed Sunday through Monday, and so a walk around the corner is needed.

I was a bit worried I had not made a good choice with this hotel, how wrong I was ! It's a fabulous boutique hotel, spotlessly clean, the grounds are lovely jasmine scented and perfectly maintained, I will be back for a second stay, next time for longer.

We were worried about our choice here in Palm Springs but things turned out well.

The Rooms were very good and the problem we often have when we spend a month in the States is lack of storage. The room had a great amount of wardrobe space and plenty of draws. 10 out of 10.
A nice patio where I could smoke my cigars and a very good pool area. The pool was well maintained with constant towel and water servicing.
Great reception staff.
Coffee, orange juice and pastries free in the morning were all very good.
And on our last night we were told as we had stayed for 5 nights we would be getting an additional 20% discount, happy with that.
Some large hotel chains could learn a lot from here. The only complaint was that our room was near "Cheekys" and suffered from noise at about 7.00 a. m . onwards.

Room Tip: Do not select a room in the corner nearest Cheekys.

Rooms very clean, comfortable, quiet. Perfect location near centre of town and lots of good restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nice pool, quiet location, near two fun and funky restaurants, one for breakfast, one for dinner. Breakfast line-ups start at 8 am, but totally worth the wait.
