“Nice place, Great Value”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

this is one of the best values in Palm Springs. Newly remodeled rooms. Nice front desk staff and a close proximity to palm springs make this one of my favorite hidden gems. The rooms are competitively priced as well. There is no food or drinks served on the property so be prepared to eat off property. and there's not much customer service after you check in, but don't let that stop you. this is a great value for the amount of room you get. Try the 2 story suite that sleeps 8-10 i believe. it's my favorite. Also this a a great spot for bachelorette groups.

Room Tip: Try eating next door at El Mirasol restaurant they have amazing mexican food

I have spent 4 days, in 4 different hotels in Palm springs California.
Best hotel was 7 springs . Well designed and modern furnished rooms, all new and clean.
Small but nice hotel.
Close to downtown also has free car park and wifi.
I like this kind of small hotels.
Makes me feel more confortable

Stayed here for stagecoach music festival. Very close to the shuttle stop so it was very convenient. Very clean rooms, nice amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms stayed dark so you get great sleep. Staff was all very friendly. Loved the fresh coffee in the morning. Great value!

I am so lucky to have found this beautiful place! I was in town for the Stagecoach festival and was fortunate enough to have friends book this hotel for us. After being in the dust and heat of a 3 day concert, coming home to this hotel was divine! The bed was a cocoon! Cozy and soooo comfortable. Having a kitchen in the room was great, too. Waking up late in the morning and then lounging by the pool was the perfect start to each day. How is it that after 3 FULL days of dancing, drinking, and singing at the top of my lungs....do I feel completely rested and happy? It's the BEDS!!!! Love this place.

We checked in here for one night. Within one hour we were back at reception extending our stay for another night. We stayed mid-meek and I still can't believe how low the rate was ($62!) for such a fantastic place.

The motel is right on the main road but it is built around two central pools/gardens with the rooms facing inwards so you do not hear any traffic. We loved the simple, elegant and modern decor.

I think we had one of the smallest king rooms (room 225) and probably the only room without a pool view, but we were tucked away in a quiet corner and were very happy as had had several long driving days previously. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on.

The room had a massive flat screen TV, fridge and microwave and a powerful walk-in shower.

I loved fact that the hot tubs were open until midnight ... we spent both nights in there alone late at night having a luxurious soak before bed.

Great location - you can walk to cafes and bars.

The negatives:
-------------------

The wifi didn't reach our room and was basically unusable unless we were standing in the doorway of the room.

Some others have commented on the lack of parking spaces. We did find that if we came back after 9pm there were no spaces. We had to park on the other side of the street on a side road - not a problem for us but others might not like this.

Oh and the '$35 charge for not returning pool towels' is a little excessive (you are made to sign a small contract when receiving a pool towel), especially when the first set of towels I got were actually smaller than the bath towels in the room, old and scratchy and in no way worth anywhere near $35.

This is not a large establishment, but we found it was perfect for our visit to the area. The location is convenient to Palm Canyon Drive, with both shopping and a variety of nice dining establishments within easy walking distance. Our suite was very comfortable, with two sleeping areas and a kitchenette. The courtyard is well landscaped with attractive facades to the rooms, and seems like a small oasis, cozy and relaxing. We didn't use the two smallish pools, but they were clean and welcoming. Parking is tight, although we always found a space. The desk staff was engaging and courteous. The facility was quiet. I'd certainly stay here again!

Room Tip: We were in a second floor suite (it may be the only one) with a two room sleeping area, sitting area...

Was greeted and attended to by Jenifer who was fantastic throughout the entire stay. Accommodated my room request and made numerous recommendations for places in the area. I stayed in a renovated room which was fantastic. Very clean and modern. I was very pleasently surprised. Would stay here again.
