We decided to go to Palm Springs very last minute for Spring Break/Easter weekend. As we were not familar with Palm Springs I did some extensive googling, but since it was last minute not many time shares/condos were available. I stumbled upon 7 Springs and I am glad I did. There were 6 of us traveling and the hotel said they could accomodate us all in one room. We actually wanted that since it was a family reunion. The room we were supposed to have would have accomodated us just fine. However when we got to check in, that room was not available, so they gave us two rooms. The one room was really nice and had a balcony and got lots of sunlight. The other room was a nice size as well, just had a darker feel to it since it did not get much sunlight. We were happy they accomodated us and gave us two rooms since our original room was not available (and we thought they were completely sold out so we were worried we would have to find another hotel). We had no problems with parking which we almost expected after reading reviews. The pool was never too busy and it was actually a nice, quiet and pleasant weekend. We even had the hot tub to ourselves one of the nights. The only slight annoyance was they were doing a repair on our stairs that led up to our room (and those were the only stairs). We were unaware this was going to be happening and took longer than expected but the maintenance was patient with us as they had to move every time we came up/down the stairs. Overall a great stay in a very convenient area. Would definately visit again.

We booked into this facility online for 1 night but once we arrived and saw how nicely kept it was, and how quiet, we spent 4 more nights.

The room was small but in perfect shape and very well appointed. The grounds and pool were immaculate and the staff were all wonderful especially at the front desk.

Stayed 4 days. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking not as bad (based on previous reviews), always found a spot in one of the lot. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable...best nights sleep in a hotel in a while! Were on the 1st floor (rm 137) occasional noise from the upstairs guests, usually just coming and going and normal for any hotel really. This hotel is located about a block away from the hospital so had a few Flight for Life helicopters fly over. Huge hot tub right outside the room, always unoccupied except for last night there (Fri). Patio area and/or balcony outside every room. Room had a full kitchen with utensils and flatware. Bathroom slightly small but good water pressure and always hot water. Within walking distance (few blks) or short drive to main strip (Palm Canyon Drive). Always felt safe, vehicle and walking around the area at night. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Parking: always found a spot in the lot(s), even if full there is street parking near by, always felt safe leaving vehicle.

Rooms: full kitchen, perfect if staying for more than one night and trying to save money on dining out. Comfortable bed/bedding, A/C was by remote, TV in room was not a flatscreen but worked fine, good reception, also has a DVD player. Bathroom a little small but had good counter space, shower hot with good water pressure. Large closet with ironing board, safe, and hairdryer (not typical hotel hairdryer)

Area: within walking distance or very short drive to anything you may need. Safe. Walked around the neighborhood at night. Close to Palm Canyon Drive (Thurs nights street shuts down for vendors, food, music...walked from hotel.

Staff: Very friendly and accommodating, decided to stay an additional night while there and had no problems. Always staffed 24hrs if you have questions or need anything.

Hotel: When exiting lobby/main entrance you walk into the courtyard area. To the left is the main pool, to the right is the more secluded part with large hot tub. Very well maintained.

Room Tip: Stayed near the large hot tub. Rm 137 1st floor, patio, an upstairs room would eliminate any noise (few as is) from guests above. 2nd floor rms have a balcony, 1st floor have a patio area with table and chair(s)

My wife and I had tickets for the Paribas Open for the Sunday finals, less than a week before our stay. There were not many choices remaining, and where there were vacancies, nightly rates at other hotels were very high ($300+). We saw the good reviews the 7 Springs Inn & Suites received on Trip Advisor and we made reservations through Hotels.com.

The hotel is about one mile north of Downtown Palm Springs and is an easy walk. Upon arrival we were politely greeted, and our room was ready for our occupancy. The nice receptionist named Jennifer took us to our room. 7 Springs is an older hotel building dating back to a time when rooms faced out to open areas like a pool or plaza. The hotel property contains two pools and a plaza area that was very private with well-kept landscaping.

The rooms are remodeled and modern, and contain all the necessary amenities you need to stay. Our room was a queen suite, on the second floor (Room 228). The room contained a flat screen television, desk, couch, and marbled bathroom with a shower. Wifi is provided for free, as well. A hair dryer was found in the closet, which also contained a safe. The furnishings and decorations were very modern. We were very impressed. The bed was very comfortable containing king size pillows and a down comforter. A through-wall air conditioning unit is in the room. Although the a/c made noise it did not bother us, as we were pretty tired from our day. The room was very clean and we did not hear any outside noise during our one night stay. Even with the limited parking, Jennifer provided us with ample options to park on the property or close-by along a side street. We found a parking space on the property despite arriving after 4pm.

After our check-in we walked south stopping at the Trio Restaurant at 707 N. Palm Canyon Drive for dinner. After we ate we walked downtown where we enjoyed the shops, busy restaurant patios along streets, and live music. We felt very safe walking to and from our hotel to downtown.

Overall we enjoyed our short stay in Palm Springs and would consider staying at the 7 Springs Inn & Suites. The hotel is not a fancy resort with a spa or large luxurious room. However, if you want a comfortable, clean, safe hotel with polite and kind staff near Downtown Palm Springs, you should consider this hotel.

Room Tip: Parking is limited. Parking can be found on the property, along North Indian Canyon Road or on the south side of the property adjacent to the hotel (not across the street at the Bearfoot Inn). Public parking is also found on the west side of North Indian Canyon Road along El Alameda.
