We have a teardrop trailer with an attached "tent screen room" (10x10) for a little extra space and privacy; although their rules said no tents, they were gracious to allow for this. The showers were great (hot, great water pressure) and the bathrooms clean. The pool was glorious, and the view! The park practically butts right up the the foot of the mountains! Walking distance to downtown and close to so many attractions and conveniences. The long term residents (snowbirds) were a delight -- so warm and welcoming. We will come back next year for sure

Room Tip: If you DON'T have a bathroom in your camper, ask if you can get a space a little closer to the community restrooms. The walk from the end of the park (where we were) isn't really THAT bad, but when you have to go...!!!

Good location allowed us to walk or ride bikes downtown. Very nice large heated pool/spa with large deck areas. Low cost laundry facilities. Sites are smallish, but have nice hedges for privacy. They are fully paved. Friendly staff. Washrooms were OK. They were reasonably clean.

“Cranky Owner is spot on with his review!!”
Beautiful?? Clean modern bathrooms? Look at the pics I took of the filthy showers/bathrooms!! Friendly management? Where did you all stay? Not where I did, that's for sure! Lots of idiot long term renters - VERY territorial when new RV's arrive...everyone came out of their RV when we pulled in to see who was arriving and a couple were friendly but most just nosey. Then, our neighbour complained about our little dogs because they barked on the windshield and if she weren't right to the glass, she would not have heard a thing as we travel a lot with our dogs. Anyway, go somewhere else. Dan, one of the guys in the office is a first rate IDIOT. RUDE RUDE and did I say RUDE! Mike was nice to me, but his one nice encounter wouldn't take away the old/dirty bathrooms/showers, nasty residents, horrible other manager, Dan...IF YOU HAVE A DOG DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! There were complaints about everyone that had a dog that barked for any reason as that's all everyone complained about...this dog barked, that dog barked, that owner let his dog bark...it was pretty sick like they have nothing better to do but pick on the poor dogs. I was told 'we never used to allow dogs, then we did and now we don't want to again since the owner, Dianne died.' We have a 35' RV, are friendly and happy people and our 3 nights here were depressing and full of stress. Wish we could have left but I had business in town, prepaid and had to stay. Wouldn't return. If you have a pet and want to be stressed out, stay here. Otherwise, go somewhere else!

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else. Period!

Our first RV holiday and we arrived at the very happy HappyTraveler RV Park. Great location and well appointed. Nice swimming pool and hot tub, great showers and toilet facilities, and each of the parking spaces were so very private with hedges on either side. However best of all was the front desk staff - the manager in the front office was the BEST. He was so very helpful and fun, and happy too! We walked into Palm Springs main drag where there are lots of great restaurants. If we came back to the Springs in an RV we would head here first.

We spent 30 days traveling around California in an RV and this is by far the best RV park we stayed at. It was hot when we were there, but walking to town was still doable. Close to the main strip of shops and restaurants. We spent most of our day here lounging by the pool and spa (which we mostly had to ourselves). The parking spaces were very private with plenty of room, and the showers/toilets were lovely and clean. 5* stay - would highly recommend to anyone!
