Owner description: The place to meet new friends is at this old-fashioned street fair with sidewalk performers, musicians, farmer's market, gifts and lots of food.

We are with those who did not find much to tempt us into buying. We had just eaten and it was a great walk. The musicians make it special.

It was a great night with everyone out and about. Lots of street food, arts & crafts and even a massage. Created a really good atmosphere but the stalls didn't tempt us to purchase.

It's a must do in Palm Springs on a Thursday night! Food street vendors are just ok (some are bad)... but the whole atmosphere and the other booths are cool.

One of the best experiences in down town Palm Springs. Every Thursday for the last 20 years the streets of down town Palm Springs are closed off as venders set up for this fun event. I love Palm Springs and as a local resident serving our wonderful traveling and vacationing public at the Palm Springs Airport, I always highly recommend this stop for all my friends who come to visit. I personally attend the Village Fest on a regular basis.

Come early, the parking is always free in Palm Springs. Local artist and musicians show and sell their work. Live music and local restaurants along with street venders sell their amazing food. The kettle corn is a favorite of mine.

The streets start closing for the venders around 5:30 in the evening. The festival starts about 6. Watch for the signs regarding parking restrictions on the street where the village fest sets up every Thursday evening. There is always plenty of free parking all around the area. Also, many of the stores along the street stay open late for the village festival too.

Palm Springs is a great place to spend your vacation and the Palm Springs VillageFest is an event everybody can really have an enjoyable evening.
