I witnessed a MGR (Robin) reprimanding an employee, using profanities in front of me, my child and many other small children, she was shouting with no reguard to the employee or patrons in the area. In speaking with other employess' it is common knowledge that she does this frequently and is never reprimanded herself for unacceptable treatment of others, as a manager she should practice self control and set a good example for a healthy working environment.
