Good food and great service. Had eggs with bacon and the potatoes are finished with parm cheese. Bread is great too. Coffee fabo from Seattle. The people watching is even better. This is the Hipster hang out (now) - the land of the unwashed.

Good food, attentive service and tons of people watching. One of the neater places in Palm Springs to see some lively people.

Tends towards the " too hip" factor in an intentionally under stated space. Actually is fun to see the remnants of the Denny's it used to be. Menu can be variable. Recently had wonderful beet salad, meza plate and fig/goat cheese flat bread to share. The Sticky Date Pudding is the reason to come here. Terrific that they offer it in an area noted for date production. Locals frequent the Ace.

This place was hyped up to me quite a bit by a handful of friends, so my expectations were pretty high. Maybe unreasonably high. I appreciated the decor and hipster vibe. I just wasn't entirely impressed with the breakfast options. Most of the options sounded really heavy and fatty so I opted for the lox and bagels. They were decent but nothing special. My dining companions ordered the feta frittata and chilaquiles and again, it was alright...but overall, we were a bit underwhelmed. Neat to check out the hotel and pool. Very kitsch. No desire to return though.

Could have more veggie choices but overall the food and service was good. There was a woman who sang to all of us in the Cafe that night and she was quite a character. Fun time!
