We loved the ambience at Normas and the hotel in general. They even gave us blankets and a heat lamp so we could sit out on the magical patio on a chilly night. Food was good but small portions for the prices (not to be expected for deli/comfort food menus). We tried four pies for dessert and none were spectacular. Two were fun, two were miserable - cherry and blueberry tasted like they came straight out of a can. The other two (raspberry cream and banana toffee) were tasty but the crusts were too hard to eat. Food was otherwise really good. Dinner menu was a bit scarce but they do specialize in breakfast/brunch. Would love to go back for that.
