We recently stayed at East Canyon Hotel and Spa for four nights at the end of September. Our experience could not have been better. From the moment we arrived on Thursday until we left on Monday morning we had a great time. Upon our arrival on Thursday we were met by Christian who works at the front desk.
He was so friendly and welcoming that we knew we definitely had made the right choice. We had booked a junior suite and our room was on the ground floor right by the jacuzzi.

The room was everything it had promised to be as per the pictures and description on the website. The room was large, clean and very well furnished. The bathroom was spotless and
very large. It also had a great shower for two,

During our stay the rooms were kept spotless. The breakfast served each morning in the breakfast room was very good and the presentation was also great. It was nice to find a place that served with china and linen napkins. Great touch!!!

We met the owner, Richard, the first afternoon. He was very friendly and was always around checking to make sure that
everything was running smoothly. We felt right at home from the
moment we came thru the front gate. Having stayed before at the Hacienda, I must say that we enjoyed the East Canyon staff and their facilities much more. I would definitely give this place an A plus rating and recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Palm Springs. We will be back for sure.

My partner of 10 years and I made our first trip out west and discovered an oasis called East Canyon! We loved it! Coming from Ohio we were ready for the culture shock. Michael, Charles, Christian and Jules made us feel at home. They were always available for us, friendly and professional. We looked to them for assistance in planning our week long stay. They helped in making it a fun filled, action packed stay! Richard, the owner, was also very friendly and concerned that we were enjoying our stay also offering suggestions of what to do.
The hotel was amazing. The rooms are well appointed, clean, great beds, and great bathrooms. We had no complaints. The outside amenities were more of the same. The pool and hot tube were always clean and perfect temperatures. The lounge area was above average. We also throughly enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning to start our day! We also loved the fact that the hotel is geared more toward the professional cliental and runs the establishment with class. The other guests were also great to meet and get to know.
Thanks for a great experience. We will definitely be back again and again!!!

Stayed here for five nights in August. It was completely off season and on three nights we were the only guests here. It was like having our own home in Palm Springs!! Room was great, bathroom spotless, staff were really friendly, especially Michael and it was great to see Richard the owner keeping his eyes on all that was happening! Would highly recommend it!
