Jose Valdez was an excellent he helped us tremendously during our stay. Nancy C.and Dawn Chavez working at the registration desk were very helpful with all our needs. They were all always ready to help us with anything we needed. Will definitely go back next time we’re in town

Arrived by car in a strange town to be advised that the hotel only operated valet parking at $27/night. Not sure if there are alternatives elsewhere but something to look at before arriving. Check in process was seemless, although we weren't told about offered drinks between 4 and 5pm nor complimentary coffee at breakfast. Our suite was spacious although the rooms are a bit dated. However the room was clean. The mountain view was enjoyed whilst having a drink on the room's terrace. The staff were attentive and helpful. On our first day we couldn't get a lounger by the pool which was disappointing. In fact we were surprised at how small the pool area was and the lack of loungers for the number of guest rooms. Our second day we got to the pool before 10am so got loungers, but guests arriving later often had to sit on the concrete ledge by the pool. Took advantage of happy hour drinks at the bar to the front of the hotel.
Overall we felt that whilst we enjoyed our stay the pool size, the need for a refurbishment of the rooms as well as the value for money aspect, the hotel only merits an above average rating.

Disappointing. Nothing like the Hyatt's in Asia.

There are a few positives. Friendly front desk. Great location right on Palm Canyon Road where the food and shopping are located. Large rooms and fantastic vide if your room faces the mountain.

But there are just too many negatives. The whole place is in need of major makeover. Furnishings are dated and worn.
Bathroom wall tiles are antiquated marble design. More critically, clean up is needed. Sofa in room has stains. The wallpaper had reddish spots - hope it's not not blood spatter.

The Hatatt at palm springs is a beautiful, clean, modern and very easy access to the shops. The pool is also very clean. Staff are very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

The staff was extremely gracious and friendly. Greeted me and my husband as if we were old friends that they had not seen in a while. Upgraded our room, which was certainly a surprise and most welcome. We got a chance to sit by the pool for a while. There is an outdoor bar there which was nice. Everything was clean.
