The tramway ride is amazing. We went up on late afternoon, enjoying a clear view of the entire valley, then watched the shades of pink and purple blanket the view at sunset. The ride down at night is spectacular with the valley looking like a sea of lights. However, skip the "ride and dine" optional ticket. The food offered in the cafeteria style restaurant was not good. Lasagna was burnt and tasted like the frozen variety, veggies were canned and over cooked. Overall, an underwhelming meal in a beautiful setting. BUT - don't miss the tram ride - exciting and amazing view!
