We picked this boutique hotel for a few reasons, it was walking distance to downtown and it got great reviews. We were not disappointed one little bit! The manager, Mash, made sureeverything was perfect! From pool towels to anything else we needed! He gave us great guidance on where to go and what to see! We where there for just 4 nights, and we are talking about coming back next year. I truly believe this is one of the best kept secrets in this town. I'm trying to think of things that were off or wrong and the only thing I can think of is that I would have preferred a larger coffee pot. But that's about it! I would highly recommend you check this place out..;o)

We have been staying at the Mojave every year for the past 4 years. We always feel like we've stepped back in time, with the rooms surrounding the lovely and very private courtyard and swimming pool. Our room had a kitchenette, but we often walked to El Paseo, only 5 minutes away, for the great restaurants and shopping there.
The management greets us like old friends and Mash goes above and beyond in seeing to our needs.

Room Tip: The higher numbered rooms away from the street are quieter.

My husband and I just spent 4 wonderful nights at the Mojave. The room was quiet and cozy. It is just a short walk to El Paseo which has many good dining and shopping opportunities. We loved it and will be back!

A friend and I 5 nights at the Mojave Resort, while in Palm Desert for BARRY MANILOW Gift of Love VI concert. Our entire trip was great, and our stay at this resort was wonderful.

Our room was immaculately clean, and the staff was so friendly and inviting. We loved the continental breakfast, which we enjoyed sitting at the pool, as the weather was fabulous.

This was the 2nd time I'd stayed at the Majove Resort and look forward to doing so again. It is so relaxing!

If you "need" room service and fancy this isn't your place. If you enjoy stepping away from the rat race, you'll love it here! It's location is great too, bring your walking shoes, get outside and enjoy the beautiful city!!

I loved everything about this place. It is very private, with the rooms cloistered around an internal treed courtyard with pool and spa.
The rooms are large and beamed and very mid-century. Ours even had a small kitchen.
There's only about twenty rooms and the place is very quiet. We had a small patio in front of our room and another even small patio out the back door.
The location is a block behind El Paseo so you can walk to restaurants and shopping.
We paid $139, which I thought was a fair price for a large room with two queen beds and kitchen.
We'll be back.
