Our friends suggested we come here for happy hour after a day of golfing. We were very pleased to have discovered this wine shop and restaurant. We sat in the bar area, ordered our food and a couple of us went over to browse through the wines in the shop. There is a larger restaurant beyond that. The whole place is spacious, clean, well-appointed in a tiled Spanish sort of style. The happy hour was a real bargain. I had a delicious Tempranillo for $5.50. I ordered a beet salad and the polenta. The salad was great, the polenta had great potential and good, but lacked a little something - salt perhaps? Another couple shared a large portion of mussels, and another shared a sizable flatbread. You can eat well here for very reasonable prices. We plan to return for brunch on Sunday before our flight home. And we will definitely frequent Three Corner when we return to the desert.

Took advantage of the happy hour in the bistro to have an early light dinner. Ahi tuna and grilled chicken sandwiches were nicely assembled and tasty. With a beer and a glass of wine, a real bargain at $40 [including tax and tip], given the ambiance.

I recommend this place!

We are here for the weekend. After having read reviews of different restaurants in the area, I picked this one.

We picked up our bottle of wine from the wine shop: a 2009 Cuvée Du Prieur, Abbaye Saint Hilaire, France. The wine was too young. We ordered first Duck Confit and Truffle flatbread pizza. The pizza was covered with brie, caramelized opinions, arugula and of course duck confit. The portion is big but we barely tasted truffle. Overall, the pizza was good.

We had change our plan and ordered two small plates and a main dish to share. The two small plates are: grilled shrimp piri piri and stuffed piquillo pepper. The shrimps were grilled to perfection with a hint of sweet lemon and the almond slices added an interesting flavor. The pepper was stuffed with goat cheese and baked in garlic oil. They were very good.

The main dish was black mussel topped with 3rd Corner fries with preserved lemon aioli. OMG, the fries were so good because they fried with garlic oil and sprinkled with parsley. The mussels were again cooked to perfection: tender and juicy. At the time we finish, the last few mussels were still tender, not over cooked by the juice.

There was too much food for us so we didn't eat desert.

We really love the ambiance and the food. The next time, we just need to pick up a better bottle of wine.

This is a very unusual restaurant. They have a huge wine selection. The diner may purchase a bottle of wine and the restaurant will uncork it and serve it to you at dinner. Great idea. Also, the food is excellent. Very fresh. Attractive outdoor patio.
