Kind of a dive but the food and service are the best. They do this prawn soup that is unlike anything I've had before - their ceviche is worth the trip alone. Really, really nice folks running the place - but don't expect a lot of atmosphere - they do have a couple of guys playing music during the evenings but I wouldn't be disappointed if they weren't there. Some of the entrees seem a little over-priced, but the mexican fare is very reasonable. Seriously - try the ceviche - if you're unsure about it they have a ceviche tostada for like $6 if you don't want to commit to the more expensive ceviche dishes.
