“Nice place to watch the sunset”
Reviewed February 8, 2014

we had a lovely dinner there, right after the sunset..so we could watch the night appear.. We have eaten here 3 or 4 times in our past travels.. The food is very good... But it is pretty pricey.. The service is great, and it is a well established restaurant that has been in Pacifica city for almost a century...I had filet..I would probably not get it again, and stick with the fish dishes.... There is a cool bar and it is within walking distance to the hotels... One time we ordered food at the bar and took it back to our hotel because we had the dog with us ..they let us take real dishes and silverware back to the room... We will be back again for sure..

“4* Casual Family-style”
Reviewed January 24, 2014

Beachfront restaurant open for bfast, lunch and dinner. Has separate bar and dining area with really friendly staff and great views. Right across the street from BW Lighthouse hotel. Reasonable prices. Wide variety of options, including kids meals. Food came quickly, was well prepared and very tasty - but this is not a low-calorie place. Pay attention to ingredients if you care and ask for dressing on the side.

“Fun beach place”
Reviewed January 7, 2014

Food was fine, not great, but this place felt like an old-time beach club, complete with dance floor, so we just went with it! If you are staying at Best Western it is a fine place to eat. A bit pricey but with options.

“Best of the Bay”
Reviewed December 19, 2013

Nicks is my favorite resturant in the bay area. It is old fashioned goodness. The prime rib can not be beat. The Lobster is outstanding and all of the fish is so very fresh. If you go to Pacifca you must dine at Nicks.Llive Music friday and sat nights. Out standing service. Love love love this place. Full view of the waves crashing on the beach very romantic. tell them D and D sent you :)

“Throwback to 1950”
Reviewed November 28, 2013

We had lunch at this seaside restaurant in Pacifica California. It has been in the same location since the 1950's and probably has not changed. The view is obscured by the parking lot. The dungeness crab sandwich was excellent and enough for two people. If you are looking for good food and a funky atmosphere this is the place.
