When we arrived in Pacific Grove our house wasn't ready yet so the owner recommended Pepper's as 'to die for.' I understand that people have their own version of what's tasty but this restaurant didn't wow any of the 4 people in our group. It was good food and fairly good service (once you get a server's attention and let them know you actually want to be served). I did what I often do and asked the waiter to just bring me something yummy. He brought fish tacos and they were good but nothing to write home about. Wish I could find someplace to eat in PG that is truly outstanding.
