“Too damn expensive!”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

I'm sure their food is good because the place is constantly packed with people. But I got to be honest. I ordered an appetizer consisting of fried bacon pieces and I kid you not, it could have only been one piece of bacon cut into 5-6 pieces and deep fried for 10 freaked dollars! Never again!

“Good food... a tad pricey”
Reviewed October 25, 2012

The atmosphere was nice, a bit limited selection on the menu, maybe a tad pricey but it was good. The waiter was good and it was quiet on a late Friday night which was awesome for our anniversary.

“Great Restaurant in Pacific Grove”
Reviewed October 25, 2012

We had a large group meal and the restaurant was terrific. Service was excellent, food was great. Back room was really noisy, though. This is a very very good restaurant!

“2nd visit, no regrets!”
Reviewed October 22, 2012

We ate at Passionfish for the 2nd time in September for our 22nd wedding anniversary. After eating there 2 years ago, and then having to cancel our reservation with regret last year. This restaurant was worth going back to because it is an awesome place to eat. It's delicious, local fresh food, great service, and more. Anything on their menu is delicious, Bon Appetite! You have to try this place! The crab cakes are superb and their meals ... DELICIOUS! Great presentation as well.

“Great philosophy and a great food experience”
Reviewed October 21, 2012

Really would give it five stars except for how loud it was and whow crazy close together the tables are. Loved the philosophy and laid back vibe of the place. Had very fresh trout and the seriously best tomato salad I have ever had. Simple in presentation, way generous in portion size and so delicious I didn't want it to end and I wanted to lick the plate. Great dinner and would def return for great food.
