Our family has come many times to Holly's for breakfast through the years and we have recommended them to many even though friendliness is not part of the experience..but breakfast is great. Last weekend we were treated so poorly we will never return. The hispanic man greeting/seating us was glib and rude! It was freezing and due to "ventilation for the kitchen" (not the customers problem to solve) we were told rudely by the waitress "door open". We asked for 1 the 2 free warmer tables .."no, saved for 5 customers not 4". Thre are many ways to tell customers of problems..their way was short, rude and unexceptable. Breakfast isn't good enouggh to put up with that! Maybe others have experienced this as Holly's was the only
breakfast sopt with tables open.
